Shipping
We ship out the majority of non-personalized gifts within 1 to 2 business days, many times the same day. Because of this, Express is not usually necessary which is why we often don't offer it during online checkout. If you would like to inquire about express shipping call us or email us and we'll be happy to help. This passes on the savings to you. Personalized items are usually shipped out within 3 business days and arrive between 5 to 12 business days. Because you are sending a gift, we do not include receipts in the package. Currently we ship to the United States only. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $7.95 per item and overnight delivery is available by simply contacting us with your destination information at customerservice@yellowrosegifts.com.
Returns
At Yellow Rose Gifts, we care about our customers and their gift giving needs. If you have a damage claim or discrepancy, you will need to contact us at customerservice@yellowrosegifts.com within 3 business days of receipt of the product. We will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner to your satisfaction. Credits and refunds will issued be on an individual basis and generally will only be issued if the damage or discrepancy can be verified by the carrier. No refund will be issued if the product is disposed of before a verification can be made.
If you decide to return the merchandise, please email us at returns@yellowrosegifts.com within 10 days of your order to receive a return authorization number and instructions for the return. Please note that returned items must be in new condition with unopened packaging and products in tact. Sorry, returns are not allowed on personalized merchandise unless we made the mistake.
Backorder Policy
We will make every effort to fill each order exactly as specified on the content listing. Hoever, in the event we are out of stock on an item, we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value without prior notice. No refunds or credits will be offered due to substitutions.
